On the left side search Submit 15G/H
or else click the direct link https://eserve.bankofbaroda.com/
Fill your Account number and Registered Mobile no. to get the OTP. Fill the required details in the form G and save.
Other way to fill the Form G is using Baroda connect plus Mobile App. Login and under Service request, you will find Submit Form G, Fill the required details and submit.
